The Foundation Year
Centimax Design & Construction Ltd. was founded with a mission to redefine the construction industry by offering high-quality, innovative, and customer-centric solutions. Initially, the company focused on small-scale residential projects, gaining traction through referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations.
2020
Registered & Accredited by NCA
This year marked a major milestone as Centimax received accreditation from the National Construction Authority (NCA), reg no. 86747/B/0824. With this recognition, we were able to take on larger projects, including institutional and industrial developments.
2022
Expansion into Turnkey Project Management
To streamline construction processes, we introduced a Turnkey Contract System (Design & Build), offering end-to-end project execution under a single contract. This model improved efficiency, reduced costs, and ensured seamless project coordination.
